The City of Sheboygan offers loan and grant programs to eligible commercial building owners in an effort to promote restoration of historic buildings, conserve valuable architecture, and preserve the city's ethnic and cultural heritage. We have completed numerous façade studies through the City's grant program; utilizing historic photographs and other resources to design plans to restore buildings that have been negatively altered in the past to their original appearance.
