Our staff conducted a conditions assessment of the Israel Stowell Temperance House to determine the building elements that needed to be rehabilitated in order to allow for the future use of the building, establish priorities of repairs, and to provide cost estimates for a rehabilitation project. The Assessment included descriptions of building materials, elements, and systems and specifically addressed the site, envelope, interiors, structure, and mechanical and electrical systems.
